i dont think soap is going to help this mess out as a matter of fact i know cause it took finger nail polish remover to get it off my fingers soap didnt budge it a bit. it made a mess like if u busted a lave lamp when it was hot. it was such a mess it was unreal. so in other words dont use dettol
