(While taking a break from Nurgle I have been working on my Tau.. And tonight I feel wiped out which means time to test out some fluff)

Exiled

While on the planet known to the tau as Ku'tarian IV the aftermath of war with the imperial forces ended and the search for survivors began. Fire casts and Crisis teams began to rapidly search the ruins of the great city Usar'o, a Fire Warrior by the name of U'ki Firestorm was searching the once great captail building along with squad. The squad leader gave out orders to the team. "All Fire Warriors turn on sort wave scanners and keep the coms open. If you find anything let the rest know" "Roger" said the team of Fire Warriors with the exeption of U'ki. The sargent came up to him, "U'ki are you alright?" U'ki looking up at him holding his Pulse Rifle firmly "Sir I am good, just shaken up a bit is all.." "Well I can understand.. But do not hasatate.. That can end up killing you or the squad." "I understand" said U'ki as he noded and turned towards the stairs, as he went up them he slowlly started to think with in his head. The Pulse Rifle firmly in his hands aiming foward as the scanner showing only his squad mates on the radar he went down a hallway. He found him self at the end of the hallway looking out to a huge blasted out area of once the main hall of the building, he looked up and saw many dead Fire Cast and marines alike. It looked to be close quarter combat.. His gun loosened as he thought of the happenings of what he saw. Suddenly a blip that was not of his squad show up on radar. He looked at the radar, the blip was massive to just human standard he thought. "Sargent! We got something massive over here. Third floor main hall" "Roger Fire team move to U'ki's position!" as the chatter over there coms went he noticed at the top an artifact of some sort is glowing. "By the shasu.." he muttered to him self on while in awe of such a display of power before him. "Sargent" the com line cleared fast as U'ki spoke, "Yes U'ki?" the Sargent replied fast as he and the team runs up the stair case. "There is a.. Artifact of some sort it seems up above. I wonder if it could be.." the com line chatter ended fast as a quake suddenly happend upon the planet. The ground shook and buildings began to fall and teams becoming stuck with in the ruble. The com lines filled fast as panic fell on the planet once more. The capital building shook and the artifact slipped from the top of the building heading downward towards U'ki. With fast reaction he used a some old wires along side of the wall and jumped out towards the artifact barely catching it. Holding to the wires a book of tau with blue lights raidating from the book intrigued the tau.
