do u think it would be good to put a captain on a bike?
i was thinking of giving him a thunder hammer or powersword and combi melta bolter. he could be leading a squad of 5 marines on bikes?

thanks

yeh not bad....i mean khan would be probs better but a tad more expensive in points but u get sum awesome rules such as outflank 4 army i fink....furious charge...he has his own powersword which intanst kills on 6's and bikers of over 5 count as troops....but thats enought bout him.

yes it a good idea...very fast and go were needs to be vry quickly and if their specialised then they can feasome such as tank hunters and like u said combi melta....bs of 5 probs not gunna miss and cause damage and u can get close and use melta rule because of bikes...ive tried a bike army be4..and is vry effective with the freedom u have. giving the unit hes with things like power weps melta bombs meltas plasmas and flamers u can go headhunting, tank hunting, overall, troop killin.

also, the model would look pretty awesome.

i wouldnt say captain.....more chapter master but if u have no points then hey so what but 4 that 25 more points then u get bombardment which can be a saving grace or the opposite.

the prob wit dat is uve musnt move to use it which will be the unlikly case if ur ona bike.

jus ma 2 cents lol.
hope i helped

Eh chapter master im my opinion is a waste of points unless you have a huge army.

yeah but in that's it's only redeeming qualities. Like I said in a small 1000 point game I'd rather use a captain
