Ok, here's a lil update, but still working on it. Have still some work to do on the model: touch-ups, drybrush, wash, finish the axe, eyes, ...

Yep, first he looked too shiny & new to live in a dungeon. Drybrushed him some more & gave him a few washes with sepia. Used about 6 colours for his armour. Was fun to see him "transform" to what he is now.
Have only to remember what colours i used to get him like that so the others look a bit like him.
