ok i still have to draw up your character but until then i'll give you a lil back ground info on the planet and whats what. it is another earth with a few slight changes. the tech level is just a little higher than it is now so if u can find it now u should be able to find it there. the planet is five times the size of ours so things are the same just bigger (ur state is where it is now just allot bigger) they have went threw world war three and had a small nuke fall out, now it wasnt world wide destruction it didnt go that far but there is a couple places that was leveled. the goverments were blamed for the war by the people and they didnt take it well and pretty much told them to go fuck themselves and took back the power. now each town is their own power house making their own laws and whatnot they figured they could do better than the goverment at runing things. so needless to say each town and each state runs more than the guys in washington do, now they are still around but dont do or have as much as they did b4.

now cash isnt paper anymore for the most part its all on computers. ur id has a thumb print area that u put ur thumb on to activate and then u use it like a credit card and ur money is deducted from ur id. now there is a form of hard money which is copper and silver and gold and plat (in that order) incased in a silicone, it is a rectangle chip with a miniature bar of metal inside (bar of gold silv etc etc) they are thin about the thickness of 2 quarters and they have a amount on them marked in the bar so u know how much it is. everything is in credits (basically a dollar) and the chips denote diff amounts of credits. but for the most part people use their ids as money unless they are trying to hide a paper trail or are in a low tech area that dont have computers (not many like that though)

people carry weapons around and its legal in most areas. with the downfall of big gov things got a lil more free and slacked so now ur more responsible 4 urself and ur own welfare. dont get me wrong crime isnt rampant but it is a lil more than today BUT if u find a guy breaking into ur house u just blow his head off and as long as u have some kind of proof ur off the hook. so needless to say the crime level isnt like it was because they know the owner can cap them so they dont risk it anymore. so for the most part things are like they are today for the most part. it isnt like there is monsters walking around or anything crazy like that.

now there was one thing the nuke war did that is diff than today, the fall out mutated people (not everybody) and gave them psychic abilities. some people think it is magic but it isnt it is a form of psychic powers or abilities. now not everyone has this in fact not many at all but they are out there and they are look down upon by some but most people have more to worry about than them and as long as they are not tearing up things or going around killing people they leave them alone.

sports of any kind are big business as well as the betting on them. and sports where there is violence of any kind are real popular and are televised all over the world. and thats where ur character will come in as a death racer but more on that later

ok now there are a few other things that u will learn about along the way but for the most part just think of how things are today and for the most part thats how it is. now some areas are not as high tech as others and some are down right cowboy and indian like but that is by their own choice and no other reason. people have more freedom to do what they want as long as ur not killing people or destroying stuff ur left alone. so that will wrap up this lil leason on the world i'm just giving u the basics here so u get a mental picture of how things are, if u have ANY questions on how things are just ask dont be afraid to ask thats how u'll learn i cant think of everything u might want to know i'll try but not that good

now 10 on any of those is a normal person so even ur looks is halfway decent ur smarts and strength and dexterity and endurance is all high as hell for a normal guy

now isp is inner strength points or points to fuel ur psionics or think of it as mental magic. its the stuff where people bend spoons with their minds or start fires with their minds like that movie with the lil girl fire starter (ok its an old movie but still) now the skills the number is ur percentage skill level or what u need to roll under to preform it and those go up 5% per level and ur +3% already for ur iq from jump street ummm hp is hit points and sdc is structral damage capacity everything has a sdc (tables doors people etc) first u do sdc then hit points then death, objects dont have hp's just sdc. ummmm i think that is most of it i still need to do ur psionics and get u to pick a alignment (good evil etc etc but that isnt really important to me but we'll still do it b4 we start or shortly after we start)

ok bud heres the last part i had to do it is ur psi's. now urs is done into tattoos u touch the tattoo and spend the isp's and it will happen. think of it as mind magic tied into tattoos. now their placement is up to u so when ur ready and have time list where each one is and let me know not important right now but someday do it up. but if u have any questions let me know

ok u havnt answered but i can get the first move done up or at least part of it


u awake and feel ur head throb and u have no idea where u are

(oh no another case of mild amnesia boy oh boy this stuff is going around hehehehe no its just an easy way of starting off and not having to answer a ton of questions because u cant remember anyway so its all new so bear with me)

but u have no ised where u are or why ur here but u cant move and every time u try u cant but u do hear a squeeky noise (like styrofoam being rubbed) but cant move. ur in a sitting position and ur arms are out in front of u at weird angles. it is dark around u and u realise ur wearing a helmet as u can see the foam inside and the lens in front of u but u cant move up or down but u can get a lil side to side movement but not allot and it squeeks real loudly.

ur sitting there fr another min or so u hear muffled voices telling u to hold still were coming to get u. a second later u hear a sax and metal being cut. a cpl mins later it gets lighter in here and u see them cutting away styrofoam away piece by piece until they can get to u completly. as soon as u move they tell u to stop dont move, and within a couple mins they get u out and put u in an ambulance and drive u off. now b4 they get u into the amb u see that they pulled u out of what looks like a 69 cougar that has seen better days. the roof has been cut off to get to you and from the roll bars there is nozzels that sprayed the foam when u had a wreck to help u from getting hurt too bad. the whole front end is bent up and twisted sidways, it looks like a giant grabbed it and twisted the front trying to open it like a beer bottle. the rest of the car isnt in too bad of shape some dents here and there but that front end is toast. u also see guns sticking out of the hood they have been bent as well and it looks as if it might have had a blower but it is long gone. the wheels have spikes coming off of them like a james bond car or something. u look around the area and see small parts scattered along the way u came from and dirt and rubble thrown everywhere, it must of been one hell of a crash.

the ambulance takes u to see a doctor not too far away from the crash, the whole way they keep calling u taillight and saying that that was one hell of a crash if it hadnt of been for the saftey foam system u prob would of been messed up real real bad. they talk to u like ur some kind of hero for surviving the crash and that it was one of the best crashes they have ever seen. once in to see the doctor they take x-rays and do a bunnch of tests to make sure ur ok. when the doctor comes in he closes the door and tells u about ur case of amnesia, he tells u that even though the foam stopped u from getting killed u still took the initial impact and that is prob what gave u the amnesia. he tells u its only a mild case and should go away soon if not come see him he also tells u that u have done him some favors in the past so he isnt going to tell the race officials cause if he does they wont let u race for awhile. he asks u not to tell anyone here at the track about it as he could get in big trouble but he dont want to see u lose out on the rest of the season as ur tied for third as of right now. he brings in a tv and a dvd player and shows u the wreck u had started in last place and took out most of the field and was getting ready to take out the leader when u wrecked. the blimp didnt get the initial part of the wreck but it did catch this. it shows u fliping in the air about 30 feet up going in circles like a drill bit u had to of been going a hundred andf fifty easy when it lands it rolls at least thirty times at least. u cant belive u walked out of the wreck alive. he zooms in on the spinning and u can see the inside of the car filling up with the foam, it is sprayed out of the roll bars and is held in with great pressures, it only takes a matter of seconds to fill the whole car. he tells u if u didnt have that there is no way u would be talking to him right now. he trys to fill u in on basic things (ur name where u live how old etc etc) everything that is in ur race file but there is allot missing as well (u know what a tv is or a car but why ur here or what u've been doing the last few months is all gone)

after he talks to you he is about to let u go when a few race officals come in to talk to u is seems that the wreck happened in a place where there wasnt any cameras except for the blimp. but there happened to be a few fans and they came foward with their tapes and we did a quick investigation and found the leader had cheated. it seems he had a couple tricks up his sleve and when u came up on him he let them loose. they pull the tv back out and put in the footage and u can see that u was about to pass him up he dropped what look like a landmine or a gernade of some sorts and it went off right under ur front bumper. now in some races thats allowed but this was a race with NO EXPLOSIVES allowed so they have stripped the win from him and since u was the only one left ur the new winner. they go over the footage several times and u can see something dropping out from the back of his car and ur going up and thats where the blimp footage comes in. it should of killed u and not only have they stripped him but they arrested him and are charging him with attempted murder. needless to say they have u here for another hour b4 they let u go.

one of the guys at the hospital (not a true hospital but for race purp it is) takes u back to the track and to ur pit and u see they have brought ur car there as well. there is a few people there standing around the car looking at it. u guys pull up and he tells u to wait here he gets out and talks to the people for a sec or two and they start to walk away. he gets back in and tells u that u've been threw enough already u dont need a bunch of gawkers drilling u with questions and asking for autographs right away he tells u to get in the truck and lay down for a few and get some rest u've been threw allot. u get out of the car and ur car is in front of this

Sorry it took me awhile to respond, havent got on Wartube latly. OK I will walk around and look for someone and ask were I am and if I need to go some where or do something. I think before I go anywere else I'll ask the driver of the truck I was in.

ok u look around and the driver is the only guy left he drove everyone else off so u could get some rest or whatever. he tells u that no ur done this week the next place ur due is in two weeks at the next race and he tells u where that is. he asks if ur ok he means he understands if ur a lil shook up as u just took one hell of a tumble, he tells u to go get in ur truck over there and relax take a nap he'll tow ur car up on the back of the truck for u so when ur ready to go thats one less thing u have to do

so u go to the truck to lay ur head down and maybe sleep off some of this lack of memory u have going on. when u climb up into the truck ur amazed by the size of the inside and how sweet it is layed out, this thing has everything from a bed to a shower to microwave and fridge to to to to......yes it is laid the heck out and ur just amazed. then it pops into ur head that u dont have any keys and u look at the drivers seat and dont see any key hole actually there is no controls other than a turn signal the rest is just black screens and there is a whole lot of those. on the back of the dog house (the hump in the middle) there is another black screen but this one has a hand shape on it so u try ur luck and put ur hand on it and..........

ok u put ur hand on it and u see light coming from the bottom of it up to the top and there is a pause and the whole dash board lights up u see all the controls of a normal truck but it is all touch screen and then there is a voice that welcomes you "good afternoon taillight did the race go well" (**dm note think kitt from night rider only in a truck form) other than the female voice the thing lighting up looks more beautiful than a christmas tree as it has all kinds of colors and gauges and what not. now the motor didnt start up but everything else did even lights in the back next to the bed came on. now the front window has been blacked out like as if for privacy or something along those lines.
