ok ur shift goes by with lil effprt on ur part the only thing that was even half way hard was trying to keep urself awake. but as the sun starts to go down u start a fire and get some grub warmed up for the guys, now urs was not as good as the one guys was but it works none the less. and one by one the guys start to come to and eat up. one of the other guys offers to clean up and u go outside to pack up and get ready to head out. u look out and look for who efver was following u b4 but u dont see anyone and even as u guys head out u dont see anything but for some reason u know something is out there u just know there is. as u guys head out u hear more and more chopters making rounds although none ever get as close as they did that one time but it still slows u guys down. there is times where they are scanning a area in front of you so u have to hunker down and wait and other times they are coming up behind u so u have to double step it so they doint see you but u guys do make up some ground and are almost to where u were wanting to go by sun up thats when the big question comes up should we press on during the day and hope we make it or hunker down one more night and get there during the night it is pretty much a dead lock half and half ur the swaying man whatever u decide is what u guys do so r u risking it and going during day light or keeping to the night wdud

ok u guys look for a good place to hunker down when u stumble upon what looks like a trench line. it is not very long but it is well built and is along the edge of the woods and facing towards the direction u guys landed. it is almost as if they were planning on using the woods as a holding point, they could fall back to the woods and be set for a long drawn out fight with some sort of saftey while u guys would be out in the open. it is shaded from above by the tree line and if wasnt for the sand bags u would of never seen it. (as soon as day break u will see about every 500 yds there is another one all along the woods but right now u cant see that as it is dark) about the middle of the trench (which by the way has wood floors and metal walls w/ sand bag tops) on the tree side u see a opening when u go in to look around u see a bunker w/ concrete walls and ceilings (reinforced to take ariel bombardment and hold up) and looks strong as f*#k, now u dont know how many of these this planet has set up but if there is a bunch u guys are in for a long asz war. but needless to say it is a great place to hold up the night (or day) and get some sleep. the place has everything as well, there are lamps built into the walls as well as a fire pit with a smoke stack that goes into a water filter so no smoke can be seen, that way u could cook and keep warm with out being detected. there are weapons racks (empty) and storage shelves built into the walls to hold supplies (all empty other than a few flasks of lamp oil and small amount of fire wood) it looks as if someone planned real well for the coming invasion and was more than ready for u guys. the bunker even has a antena built into it although there is no radio the only thing u dont see is electric but it wouldnt be hard to put small generators in here and have that as well. u guys take shifts sleeping and keeping guard but as well built as this thing is and as camoed as it is everyone feels safer than they have been since landing here. during the day u guys see allot of planes flying around (mostly theirs) and every now and then one of yours (so u know u havnt been left behind) and you hear allot of fighting off in the distance. it is not all day long but enough to know they were ready for u guys allot more than anyone thought. it becomes real clear that when they stopped paying the imperium they were ready for whatever back lash that came their way and it is also clear that someone big under estimated how much force would be needed. during one of the shifts one of the guys found two first aid kits out in the trench hidden, so it seems like they were going to stock all of these but just ran out of time or money or supplies or something. maybe they planned on the fight being some where else and wasnt ready for it here. but it make u wonder what other kids of defences they have set up around the planet is there anything ur doing b4 u move out tonight

ok let me start of by saying sorry things have been rough here and i havnt had the time to post moves so sorry ok u listen to the radio and actually hear something finally, b4 it has been dead air but u get something this time. now u cant make it out it is all static and garbled but ur getting something. the guy who woke u up for ur shift hasnt fallen asleep yet he comes over ans listens with ya. he tells u to come here and walks over to the antenna hook up that was built into the bunker and helps u hook it up. now he had to get into his pack and pulls out what reminds u of a walkman (more advanced than a walkman but basically a walkman) but he pulls this out and busts it open to get wire and what not to hook up ur radio to thier antenna but gets it done after about 15 mins. thats when u start hearing battle reports and messages from diff units and whatnot. now u cant make everything out but u get enough to piece together what is going on out there and it dont sound pretty. u can tell that the fighting is patchy, like not all in one spot but spread out all over (thats why u cant hear everything some stuff is a ways away) and u guys came here thinking u'd just squash the bad guys one two three boom bam thank u maam but it didnt go down that way they were ready and u wasnt. u cant tell what the real deal is but things sound allot diff than what was planned wdud and again sorry bro i'll try to keep up with this but u know life comes first be cool and happy holidays bro

ok the guy who helped you hook up the antena never did go to sleep he keeps messing with the parts from his walkman trying to find something to get a better signal and after hours of tinkering he gets it. now he has wires and pieces and part all hooked together and uses a clip from one of the las clips to power the thing but does get the signal going great and when the guys start to come to they sit around eating rations and listening to the squak box at what is going on. u'd think it was the old days with the family sitting around the radio listening to their fav radio program thats when one of the guys asks in between bites of his rations "has anyone tried to contact home base????? everyone just stops what they are doing and looks at each other

ok it takes a lil bit to get ahold of them (static, people talking, heck just the war in general) and once u do they question ur who u really say u are. but after a few questions are asked (dog tag numbers, ur comanders middle name shit like that) they confirm u are who u say u are (thats good to know huh ur actually you hehehe) ok they tell you that they thought the whole first wave was knocked out. they tell u that out of all the men they sent in outta the first wave ur the first to be found alive. they tell u that we were not prepared for what we found (duh) and that we have been pushed back some ways but have gotten more troops off our transport in space (the trans u came in on they only brought down about 1/3 of the troops thinking that would be enough) and have called in more troops but they are less than a weekk away. but until then they think they can hold them off and once troops arive then they are in for it. (now u guys are about 20 miles away from where the home base was and it has moved back another 30 or so miles) they figure out where u are (they tell u to take one of the other walkie talkies and open it up and they have u do a couple things to it and it turns into a homing beacon) but they figure out where u are and tell u to stay there for the time being. since ur behind the lines they can use you for missions. they ask how many are wounded and whatnot (ok other than ur ankle being caught in the roots i dont think anyone was hurt but i could be wrong) ok they tell you that while we have darkness tonight they will send u guys in supplies by copter so u can hold out. they will also figure out how they can best use you guys, that is unless u want brought in to rest in comfort of home base (not much better than here other than a cot or two maybe) but u get the feeling they want u here but will bring u in since u are the only survivors of the first wave they feel that if u want u do deserve a break so they will come get u ok what do u guys want to do stay and fight or come back and get a shower and a cot. also was anyone else wounded (i dont think so but could be wrong)

ok as soon as night fall hits u guys hear copters in the distance, they get closer and closer and u see there is three of them two gun ships on a cargo type. but as they go over head u guys watch and as soon as they hit the trees u see two crates come out the one cargo copter. they fly for about another 200 yds and the cargo turns west while the others keep going. before long u hear missles firing off and a couple explosions, a few seconds later u hear and see both copters shitting and getting it over head heading back to where u assume base is. but then things get quiet after about an hour u guys go out and grap the crates and bring them back. each one had a mini chute which is just enough to slow it down a lil then u ad in the branches and things dont get smashed. inside of one is two pistols (las and bolter) for each of you and heavy bolters for each as well with a metal ammo box for each (each box holds a dozen clips) and there is also a 50 cal with tripod for ur base (ur trench) with 12 belts of 100. now the other has food for u guys (2 weeks rations and 3 days fresh food not mre's there is also a metal foil oven looking thing which has a hot meal of a-1 quality with a note u deserve more but.... it is a steak dinner with all the trimings) now once they see this all checking went right out the window and everybody grubs. now after eating u guys start back to looking at what u got. there is general maps of the area (about 100 miles in all directions) first aid kits, clean clothes (2 days worth for each and all sizes were checked so they do fit right) 2 weeks water rations and 2 weeks purify tabs for each person, radios for each (head set ones (the real good ones) with 2 weeks worth of batts (2 weeks if left on 24-7 if u turn off when not in use last 1 to 2 months) and a base radio with solar charging, binocs for all (top of the line ones too thermal distance mulit optics (which is passive thermal and about 4 others i cant remember) these bad boys are tip top cant get any better) there is also enough explosives to make 25 bombs (big bombs 50 small ones) and a few other odds and ends (toliet paper, tooth brushes and what ever else i am forgetting) oh and one last thing a lap top computer with sat hook up so they can reach u anywhere and update u with maps or whatever they need to give ya it also hooks up to the solar panel that the radio does to charge it. now they also put a few movies in it to give u something to relax with as they know u need a break from time to time. needless to say the guys are pumped beyond anything they could of hoped for. they are ready to party when one guys brings them back to reality and slams home the fact they are behind enemy lines wqith a few trinkets big deal real party time. now this brings moral down big time. thats when one of the guys who was looking threw the clothes a lil bit says "well then u guys wont want this" and pulls up a fifth of whiskey with a note that reads from the boys back at base we figured u needed this more than us dont let hq know about this he looks u guys over and says "well u may be behind the lines so i guess i'll keep this and be flying over the lines" and smiles wdud (let me know what ur doing i'll be posting more just gotta move on right now

We need to sit down, get an idea of where we are, and figure out what we need to do... _________________ There are no stupid question, only inquisitive idiots Consistency is only a virtue if you aren't a screw-up

ok as ur looking threw everything u notice on one of the crates there is a code painted on it, actually there is 6 diff codes with a number and letter beside it. onec u guys look at it u see it was meant to be hidden in case it became lost but hopefully found by u guys. now most people would just bust it open and grab shit then run not look the crate over. so one of the guys puts it next to the radio and once he hooks it up to the antena he finds a note pad and pen which was prob meant for messages so u could write it down and decipher it later. but u guys hang out and take shifts of sleeping and guard duty so everyone is fresh just in case. during ur shift of guard duty (about 6 am) ur out in the trench when u see walking along the tree line to ur left is the person u was trying to chase a day or so ago (during the night when u tripped on the roots and they got away) it looks like a teenage girl and she is trying to be seen by u guys but not by anyone out in the open (he people) she has no weapons out and when she sees that u have seen her she puts her hands up in front of her (not above her head but at about shoulder level so her elbows are about at her gut) and she leaves them up as she walks up wdud
