ok you have been working down in the cavern for about a week when one day you start hearing rumbles and the ground shakes a bit....then stops and then starts again. you guys look at each other and cant fig it out so u head up top.

as soon as u reach the lip of the tunnel entrance u see the camp getting bombed to shit and back........ there is about 20 planes/space fighers doing bombing runs on the camp. now they are returning fire and taking a cpl out here and there but for the most part they are taking a beating, buildings getting blown up and ammo stores going up as well...

ur buddy looks at u with fear in his eye

we head back into the tunnels and prepare for a fight.
We'll get some gear. I'll head to the surface to figure out what's going on

ok by the time u go get ur weapons and such and get back up u see the base in flames (an big asz holes) and the crafts heading off into the sunset (actually towards ur home town but thats another story) u see half the buildings in flames burning to the ground while others were blown to pieces and rubble laying here and there. u see guys running around down there but since the base was starting to close there isnt as much as there normally would be.....

off in the distance u hear sirens and whatnot (on the other side of the mountain) heading this way.... from the looks of it the people who attacked knew what they were doing as it didnt take this long to cause tht much destruction. they were good and they were equipped to the hilt. ur actually amazed at how fast this all happened u figured u'd be able to help by the time u got back not be done with it all

Holy shit. They're going to my hometown? I want to send a warning to all of the peeps that be in my office. Also head down to the craters to help out see what's going on.

ok u call the office and tell em about it and they tell u they will look for some cover inside...

u start down the hill and see people trying to put out fires or tend to wounded.... u get low close to the fence line when u start seeing ambulances and whatnot cresting the hill coming this way. most of the fence line is down so getting inside is no prob at all (buildings exploding can take a fence out quick) u can also tell where the ammo dump used to be as it is the biggest hole around and there are parts and pieces of weapons as well as ammo that didnt go up in the inital blast but was scattered around the area.

now ur able to help with wounded or fighting fires and for a few noone questions who u two are at all...... but after the wounded have been loaded up in ambulances or copters or pickups in some cases and the major fires have been put out someone would question who u are....

ur buddy locks (or was it locken....man been so long i forget his name heheheh) but he chimes in that u guys were out hiking and rock hunting when u saw the attack and rushed to help.....now they question u pretty hard to see if maybe u was a spotter for the invading force or something but once they see the dirt and grim on u from helping out they dismiss that thought and thank you for the help but ask that u stick around they still may have questions for ya........

as u look around u see 90% of everything is gone or useless....if someone wanted it closed well..... it is now

ok u hang out for a few and help where u can. before u know it they have everything put out all the bodies cleared out and getting the last of the mess cleaned up.....

u see a guy with all kind of medals on his coat and what looks like the cheif of police (a general of the army and the cheif) they come up to u two and say they heard u was in the area hiking and came to help, we thank u for ur help and want to honor u for risking life and limb in order to help ppl here on the base..... he gives u a card and a older looking cell phone he tells u when they figure out the time and place they will call the cell....... they offer to give u a ride back to town and even to get u a room at a local hotel if u dont have a place....they look at locken and tell him that they see ur lease on ur apt was up a few ago and then at u and ur home is a few hundred miles away....so the least they can do is get u a place to stay for a lil bit for ur help


u get this feeling that there is more to it than just being a nice guy but just dont have any proof of anything

ok they take u into town and get u a suite with two bed rooms at one of the best hotels in town (maybe on the planet) this room has it all, private elevator, bar, balcony over looking paRT OF TOWN AND THE OCEAN (damn caps) it has everything u could want..... the cheif tells u he has rented it for the week enjoy...........

as soon as he leaves the room locken goes nuts running around like a lil kid at christmas b4 u know it he is jumping onto one of the beds and giggling like a school girl...... u can tell it has been awhile since he has seen a real bed let alone touch one he dont know if he wants a bath or a nap first as u hear him giggling about a hot bath where he can soak...... all the hard work of helping out was worth it to see locken act this way

just sit down and relax. Besides locken needed the rest. also I'll take a nice shower and nap and then maybe some tv.

ok for the next few days u guys order room service and live it up like there is no problems in life at all........locken is the worst he lounges and lays around like there isnt a care in the world...


u guys are watching tv and laying around relaxing when the news comes on..... the group that struck the base struck 3 other places across the planet all military type places one of which the public didnt know of until it was attacked. supp they have a lead on who is respon for the attack but they are not releasing that as of yet..... about every two or three hours there is another report although there isnt really any new info, there may be some new pics or video of the attacks there really isnt any info there other than someone attacked the planet and boggied out of the system b4 anyone could do anything

ok u use ur watch to call in and u get the sect....she tells u that locks is out but she'll try to help "whats up"???? when u explain why u called she tells u that she heard about that and locks was freaking out figuring u might of been near the attack and got waxed....but then i looked up ur watch and seen there was still a heart beat........

she goes on after a sec or two and tells you that they know who has done it but she dont know as it has been a real hush hush topic and she dont have the clearance it takes to find out....

as far as work goes locks is trying to get u in on this mission somehow.... as if when he finds out who is resp for the attack sending you in since it is ur home planet....that is if ur into it
