[img] [/img] [img] [/img] ok bud theres the character, just copy it down or just keep refering back to thi, but it might be easier to copy it so u can make changes as they cum up. ok i'm sure u have read everyone elses and u know i start u out with amnesia, that just helps with the why am i here what was i doing to be here etc etc ok u wake up upside down with something against ur chest putting presure on it. at first all u can see is bright lights spinning around ur field of vision kinda like stars. after a min or two everything starts to focus and u see ur upside down inside some sort of vehicle, the window has spiderwebbed and u smell gas big time. u look down and see ur strapped in with a 5 point harness and ur head is pounding hard as hell thump thump, u reach up and touch ur head and feel a big asz goose egg, but as soon as u touch it u see those stars again and pass out from the pain. u come too again and see nothing has changed at all, it seems as if only seconds have went by. looking out the side windows dont do more than the front as they have cracked all up like the front did. u can see its daylight but seems to be either late in the day or early as the light isnt very bright at all. what do u do

ok u yell out but get no response from anyone. as ur sitting there upside down looking around u see that on the roof is a backpack that for some reason u know is urs but u have no idea where u are why or where u were driving to or even what ur driving inside of. it looks like some sort or truck of some sorts just from the size inside. there is also a roll cage that covers the whole inside (think old 70's bronco shape) all of the windows have spiderwebbed but are still intact except for the back and it shattered completely (u'd see this threw the rear view mirror) but theres still not much to see that way either. but needless to say just from the goose egg on ur forehead u hit hard (hit something hard anyway) but ur still inside the 5pt harness (which saved ur life by the way) upside down what do u do

ok u unsnap ur harness (dm rolls @@) ok u drop but just in time catch urself so u dont bump ur head again. but u crawl over to ur pack and look inside and see all the gear thats listed on ur sheet (guns , clothes etc etc just look on ur character sheet 2nd page of it and it'll tell you) the only other thing is rations (2 weeks worth) and canteens (7 of them each is one day normal drinking 2 days if u stretch it) but other than that nothing else. when u look around the truck/jeep u can tell that its a military one and not a civilian model, just the lil things gun mounts (empty of course) tie downs, jerry cans (strapped down in back 2 on each side) just lil stuff like that. now u cant see outside because of the shattered windows (except the back one) but out the back now that u've moved u can see out of it. from the looks of it (ur still inside so u cant tell real well) but it looks like ur on a wilderness trail of some sort and was going uphill. with the dirt road and rocks trees etc etc u'd say ur on a planet like earth (no lave fields or desert landscape or purple trees etc etc) u just feel at home somehow. u still have no clue what u were doing or who u are but u feel a lil more at ease than 3 mins ago what do u do

ok u dont even have to kick the door it comes open with lil effort. u get out and see u were in a flat camo-ed hum-vee looking vech. it has huge asz tires and roll bars around everything (lights body etc) like a ekto-skeleton around the whole thing. there is very minor damage to the truck at all. u look around and see that yes u are on a mountain trail (well close to the bottom where its still mostly flat) and the only thing u can see that would of made u flip is part of a stump that looks like it was thrown into the trail, but even that is far away if it did do it u must of been floating up this trail. other than that everythng looks normal nothing really out of place or strange. and it look like colorado as far as plant life and whatnot. the only thing even slightly weird is the sky is a purple-ish orange with maroon clouds but the rest looks like home. when looking up at the sky u just know thats not ur sky unless something BAD as went down. what do u do

Well I'll look around the trunk for a jack or somtin' to see if I can filp the jeep. If I cant find that then I'll try to push it over. All else failing I'll start walking down the trail the derection that the jeep seemed to be going before the crash.

yes in the bac of the truck u'd find a couple compartments in one there is a first aid and survival kit and on the other side u'd find jacks and straps and a few tools for repairs as well as a few parts for emergency repairs. those compartments were on the sides in the rear now on the floorboard there is another compartment which for the most part is empty but looks like it was meant for weapons which are gone but there is two small cans (imang paint thinner can) it's marked fuel but when u open it it looks like its full of sand, which has u lost. but needless to say ur able to use the straps and trees and jack to get it back over but as it's going over u see something large hooked onto the fuel tank. its big as a box for work boots and just looks out of place it's hooked up to the fuel lines but then the truck flips back over onto its wheels. ok u get all the stuff packed back up into the compartments. and get in and try to start it and it takes a couple cranks but does turn over. is there anything ur doing b4 u take off

OK well now that the truck is turned over I'll check all the gages to make sure were in working order, if it is then like I said I'll head down the path the way the truck seemed to be going

| ok after getting the truck back up right and loading everything back up (straps, jack etc etc) u get in and try to start it, and like i said b4 it takes a cpl cranks but fires. u check all the gauges and after a min or so they all go to normal, the oil gauge takes the longest but then again it was upside down for a few but it does go back to normal. there is a light that flashed for a few and it was labeled fuel converter, which u assume has something to do with that big box thing hooked onto the gas tank. which by the way when it flipped over u didnt hear fuel sloshing around. but u get ready to take off but cant see for the shattered glass. (dm rolls @@@@) and after a lil work u get the front one out. (are u going to do all of them or just the front one to see) )*** dm note by the way heres a link to some online dice if u dont already have a set, its free
http://www.wizards.com/dnd/dice/dice.htm
but i need u to give me 5 percentage rolls so i have them already and dont have to stop to ask for them and just in case u dont know percentage rolls are 1d100 i'm sure u knew but just in case***)but at any rate u knock out the front (and maybe the rest but until u say i'll just assume the front i can change that when u confirm it) and start to take off. now the only thing u can see happened with the flip is maybe the alignment is a lil off and it goes to the left a lil but it dont hamper driving (well unless u let go of the wheel that is hehehe) but u take off and have no probs (well every now and then that fuel converter light will light up for a sec or two but then it goes out with no effects) the trail is decent enough its not smooth sailing but nothing u'd need to make a control roll for.... well unless u haul ass but seeing how u already flipped it i wouldnt think u'd be doing that right away (but if so just say so) u can tell its not used much (the trail) but enough that its not grown over. actually its a nice lil drive and even though ur stayin alert u start to relax as if maybe just maybe u've done this b4 (maybe allot u just cant remember). now something that does stand out to u is most of the time ur covered by trees and only a few small areas does it open up so u assume from above this trail it would be hard to see (like from a plane or copter). the trail winds up the mountain quite a ways (about 3/4's of the way up) b4 it comes to an opening in the trees (not visiable from above well not where the structure is anyway) and the trail ends. sittine off to one side is a small cabin/shack. it looks as if most of the supplies for it came from the area but has been processed (not a true log cabin per say) and cut into rough lumber (like the 2x6s still have bark on some sides etc etc) now it does have glass in the windows and other modern stuff would of been brought up for it but some was gathered from the local area (u would assume) it looks like a med size cabin for hunting or camping for a some what rich person (middle class at least) and is not run down at all but isnt shiny either. theres the typical stack of wood on one side but other than that nothing else looks out of place what do u do |

OK I'll park my jeep behind the cabin and I'll walk in and take a look around to see if there are any threats. If no threats are present I'll take a good look around for supplys and stuff. After I take my look around I'll go back outside lock up the jeep and then come back inside were I'll lock all the doors and windows (and cover them if I can) oh and I'll bring some of that wood inside to make a fire. Then I'll hit the sack for a bit,

ok hehehe i got a kick out of u wanting to lock the jeep up.....all the windows are gone hehehehe sorry just had to laugh. ok u park the jeep on the side where the wood is stacked up as the back and other side has trees up against it. but u go inside and nothing snaps ur memory back, ur not sure if u've seen this place or not b4. ok i need u to give me some dice rolls (percentage 1d100) and if u dont have dice look at my last post as i give u a web addy that has online dice if u dont have any. but i need 3 rolls for inside the cabin then another 5 for future use so we dont have to stop each time. but ya i need 3 for u searching the cabin

its ok bud i thought u trying to lock it up was funny as shit, it made me chuckle and i needed it then so ya thanks ok like i said the cabin is a mix of stuff from the woods and stuff from a hardware store, as in rouch cutt logs with normal double hung windors, stone floors but with a metal sink etc etc. its as if a modern family was trying to "rough" it but didnt get it right. there is a door in the middle of the front wall, the floors are a mix of concrete and natural stone (although prefectally smooth) there is allot of things that just stand out to u as out of place from the mix of natural and man made. ok as u search the place (what the rolls were for) u find a stone on the fireplace that has no motar around it, so of course u start to screw with it (well of course u do hehehe) it wont pull out but u CAN move it up and down and side to side but when u push it in u hear a click upstairs (a loud one or maybe it was just that quiet in here) the stone is right below the mantel and unless u had searched for it (and got lucky at the same time) u would of never seen it. but of course u go upstairs to look around. after allot of searching in the closet under the carpet in one corner u would find a trap door. now u dont know where it leads too so u go back dfown stairs and look in the pantry closet and see there is a wall right about the same area so u figure its a stair way (or ladder area as stairs would take up more room) and although when u was in the coset the first time u saw the wall but didnt think about it too much but nowq that u are it doesnt seem to be hidden real well as it make a corner like something should be on the other side (like a room or closet) but its on a outside corner so it stands out like a sore thumb [img] [/img] ok so what are u going to do
