ok bud look at ur character sheet and theres a lil block for each weapon and the damages will be listed. like the laser gun 1d10+3E the e is for energy so dont fret over the letter just make the rolls and i'll worry about what type of damage it is, but if u have a question by all means ask away thats how we learn,.

but u hit twice, so fig out what weapon u was using and roll 2 damages. then roll ur second round of attacks and dodges.

@@@@@@ sunbreath yes ur right the system uses 10 sided for everything but for combat instead of using their system (which is kinda hard) i've been using the system rifts uses. its just much faster and easier to explain to someone. now if we were sitting around a table together where we could compare notes and look at the books and what not i'd teach everyone the system they use but since were not i've been using the other system. like i said its much easier to figure out and to teach someone over email than this system. it uses a 20 sided for combat anything over a 5 is a hit and u compare rolls for hits and dodges high roll wins. so say i roll a 13 for an attack and the monster rolls a 10 for the dodge well it'd be a hit cause i rolled higher. see how easy that is??? now plus's and other things can change things in combat but i work all that out so u dont have to fig things out. i'm just trying to make it as fast and easy as possiable for everyone cause doing it on the web is hard if we were face to face and i could show u stuff and explain everything w/o it taking 20 emails we'd do things diff but because were on the web and most people dont know how to play in the first place i have changed some things just to make it flow easier and let everyone get a grip on things b4 i throw in the hard stuff. so ya guys i'm just trying to make it easy for u and not worry about the rules so much to me fun is more important than any rule@@@@@@@

ok bud what i did was copy all the moves on page 3 and 4 and put it on my flash drive and i'll take em home tonight and work on it on my laptop and bring it in monday morn. that way i can figure out whats going on (i forget) and maybe do up something special for ya

Ok needless to say between you and the pilot you two hit the (for a lack of better term) monster a few times. And in this time it almost got to the pilot but didn’t because of you and him hitting him so needless to say after you joined in and hit him a couple times it decided to split the scene and head for the hills where it could feed a little safer. It didn’t take but a second for it to disappear leaving only a trail of blood drops from where you two hit it.
Now if you remember (I know it is hard since it has been months) you was asleep when all of this happened and it happened fast, very fast. Needless to say you are not as quick or as sharp when you first wake up so when it disappears it takes you a second or two to figure it all out and you keep shooting into the darkness for a min or so before you realize what happened. When you realize it is gone you walk over to the pilot (who at this point starts to break down) u see him fall to his knees and you see on the ground the prints and just how close the monster was to him, just a sec or two more and it would have had him no doubt about it. He looks up and thanks you for the help in taking it out and that’s when u see the blood trail leading off into the darkness, and it is a good trail meaning it was hit pretty good and is bleeding out pretty well. When you get up to the prints u see they are pretty deep meaning it is a very heavy beast and the prints leading off show it is putting forth quit an effort to get away which means the blood trail will get bigger and easier to follow although it is the middle of the night and you wont have the light of the camp sight to help you follow it, that and you only have the foot prints leading off and don’t know what else will be out there waiting for you.
The pilot drops back to his ass and sits there looking out into the night in the direction the monster went off into, he mumbles it has been forever since I have came across anything like that I guess becoming a fly boy has made me a little soft or something. His speech starts to drift off as if he is thinking about something else.

What do you do?

I think i will try to talk the pilot into following the trail (fellowship test?) tell me if there are any modifiers. Or can i just go?

If i lose the roll then i will remain in the camp for the night.
