About the Film:
Ninja Scroll is a Japanese action thriller anime, set in feudal Japan, by critically acclaimed director/writer Yoshiaki Kawajiri who was best known for his previous thriller Wicked City (Yōjū Toshi). The character designs were done by Yutaka Minowa. The movie is an homage to Ninpōchō series, ninja novels by Futaro Yamada. The main character, Jubei Kibagami, is an homage to the famed Japanese samurai folk hero Yagyū Jūbei.

i love this anime i have the movie, havent seen it in about a year jubei kebagammi if i recall its great youve posted this up people will enjoy it (if i wasnt ment to post here u can delete it )

Yep. This is quite possibly one of the most, if not THE BEST anime film ever made. The production is simply stunning and the story is wonderful. Thanks for the post.
