About AT-43:

AT-43 is a science fiction tabletop wargame using 28 mm miniature figures and terrain to scale developed and published by the French company Rackham.

Released in December 2006, the game features plastic miniatures of mechs and infantry units with corresponding cards showing the stats and gameplay options for each unit type.

Unlike many previous miniature figure wargames, all of the miniatures are supplied pre-assembled, and pre-painted. AT-43 features a new "interchangeable parts" aspect that allows players to reconfigure their models to better suit their personal strategies. The game also provides a few pieces of 3-dimensional scenery, and 2-dimensional game mats to allow player to decide between mission-based objectives, or skirmish-based combat.


Rackham, the game's creator, has tons of PDFs online available for download, I thought since I saw someone asking for them in the request section, I'd link you all to the stuff.

I just bought the starter on Ebay 2th hand. Saw the review of franzyland. Wanted to link it here but: "This account is closed." Too bad, liked his vids.
Got Operation Damocles pretty cheap & now hope i like the game.

Dude, Franzyland is too much of a fanboy, and his reviews are NEVER thorough for his viewers. Playing the game by himself, does NOT count as a review.

No offence, but it creeps me out when he's playing the game by himself, then he goes and talks to himself, and NOT talk to the camera to go over the game with his viewers.

Anyhow, I am glad you liked the game; the community for it has fallen, but those who enjoy the game really love it, and I am one of them.

yea, playing a game by yourself isnt fun. Wouldnt bought the game if i didnt saw the vid. Even if his review wasnt that positiv, i got the chance to see how the game looks & a bit of explanation how it 'works'.

Dont like the game yet because i still dont have it.

I was also looking for expansions ... not cheap those things. Even for Operation Damocles you pay here 40-60 Euro new. Some sites still got the old price of 80 Euro, what i never would've spend. Got it for 28 Euro from someone who played it 2 times & dont like it ... lucky me.

Hey man, if you don;t like the game, you now have proxies for any other rules system you may fancy. Woot!

I use Confrontation miniatures for all sorts of rules systems, like Clash of Steel, Dawn of War and many others.

Played some missions & i like it. Still need to read more of the rules.
What i dont get is the damagemarks on the cards of the Toad & the Golgoth.
The Toad has 4 damagepoints but 7 white marks on the card & the Golgoth has 5 damagepoints but 10 marks.
Got also 2x thesame cards of the Trooper & Golem in the game. Dont know why its needed to have the double.
In the book it say (with a pic) that the leader of the Troopers has a hat instead of a helmet & that there're 2 leaders, but i got only 1 guy with a hat. Checked on the internet for pics of the game & they all seem to have only 1 guy with hat.
But it looks like a cool game & my son likes it too. When we played all the missions of the book & we still love it i gonna look for some used & cheap expansions. Too bad they cost that much.
