3. I've played Lord of the rings but I currently do warhammer 40k

5. I've been gaming since I was two, playing nintendo & Sega. I picked up miniatures when I was in fifth grade though.
7. Nothing original but I enjoy painting and making my guys look like the ones on the box they come in.
8. Someone post a video on youtube on how to paint tyranids. They have so many ridges and texture that I really don't like painting them and now I have this horrible looking tyranid army from the battle of Macragge starter set.

I just started watching videos from the 40k community within the last month or so and I've enjoyed warhammer a lot more because of it.

3. Just got back into 40k, but love to start playing Bloodbowl, Mordeheim, and Gothic again. Also would eventually start a Fantasy Army for Warhammer.
4. Started out w/ Dark Angels (mixed comapanies), Space orcs, currently on Chaos. ATM mainly Nurgle but plan on branching out to undivided.
5. Been Role Playing since I was 10, Got in to wargaming when I was 15.
7) Since all my old armies had long been sold only can tell you about my current plans which is my Chaos. Basic principal is before they turned, they where Tyranid Hunters called The Huntsmen Chapter that got stranded and outnumbered on a planet totally infested. In what would have been their last days, all the gods of chaos came calling, each taking a portion of the chapter into thier fold.

Even turned they keep some of their old traditions. Librarians kinda fill the Chaplan role as well now by becoming Callers of the Hunt and bestowing what I deemed 'Dark Litanies' (going to be black w/ red writing).

Also working on some home-grown rules for these cats.

Faction/Armies: Imperial Guard
Time Playing: Around two years of light-to-medium play.
Army Information: My Imperial Guard army, the Carcathan 3rd Light Infantry, is an army inspired by Rangers of the second World War, but who have recently taken a more modern twist into U.S.M.C. themes. Very fluffy.
Recommendations: Not a damn thing. (Pardon the French)
Additional Information: I am an avid fan of fluff. I love the history and completeness of it. I am currently working on a number of 40k stories, and have already completed a few short stories. I intend to enlist with the United States Marine Corps after graduating college.
