Basic Tactics (In theory)
Well you load up the Dires into the Wave serpents so that then can get where they need to go and fast, also with the fires in the Falcon which will target tougher targets such as tanks, or high armor units. the Farseer retinue is there for what it is a strong unit in it self, the Vypres are filler which can take the point cost from 1,679 to 1799, they just fly around killing stuff cover fire, offensive fire, defensive fire so on.
Weakness
Yes I know this army will get ROCKED by close combat, such as Chaos Daemons, but the plan is to keep the army together to get better coverage, but if a unit is taken into close combat they will most surely lose.
